Meet Our Physicians

Founded in 1989, the Ohio Orthopaedic Center is an orthopedic practice comprised of 4 surgeons, 3 physical therapists and a physician assistant. Our physicians have staff privileges at Fairfield Medical Center, River Valley Surgery Center, Grant Medical Center, Ohio State University, Pickerington Surgery Center, and the New Albany Surgical Hospital. With offices conveniently located in Lancaster and Gahanna and we see more than 10,000 patients annually and perform more than 1500 surgical procedures per year.

Keith A. Hollingsworth, M.D.

Dr. Hollingsworth is Boards Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons. He specializes in sports medicine with a focus on knee and shoulder injuries. He has been in practice since 1995.

While attending Dennison University, Dr. Hollingsworth achieved the highest academic honors and graduated as a Beta Theta Pi National Scholar. He received his doctorate from the Ohio State University College of Medicine the completed his orthopedic residency at the University of California, San Francisco. After that it was on to the University of Oregon where he completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship and served as a team physician for the University of Oregon Ducks Football and Basketball programs. Currently, he serves as team physician for numerous area high schools.

The list of professional organizations Dr. Hollingsworth is a member includes the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Ohio Orthopedic Society, Ohio State Medical Association, Fairfield County Medical Society and the Columbus Orthopedic Society.

Steven V. Priano, M.D.

Dr. Priano is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine. He is certified through the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons focusing on arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He attended the Hahnemann University School of Medicine and then went on to an orthopedic residency at Allegheny General Hospital. Later Dr. Priano completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Ohio State University College of Medicine and served as an assistant team physician for the Buckeyes. He currently serves as team physician to local high schools.

Dr. Priano is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Society for Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy Association of North America, Ohio State Medical Association and the Fairfield County Medical Society.

Mark M. D’Onofrio, MD

Dr. D’Onofrio is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in total joint replacements. He is certified through the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and focuses on total knee and hip replacement.

He received his undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University graduating with honors. He then completed medical training at the Hahnemann School of Medicine and went on to an orthopedic residency at the Ohio State University College of Medicine where he was the chief resident from 2003-2004.

Dr. D’Onofrio is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Ohio State Medical Association and the Fairfield County Medical Society.

Dr. Collins is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in total joint replacements. He is certified through the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and focuses on total knee and hip replacement.
He received his undergraduate and medical degree from the University of Oklahoma, where he graduated with honors. He completed his orthopedic residency at the University of South Florida, then went on to complete fellowship training in joint replacement at NYU.
Dr. Collins is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
Dr. Collins is passionate about Hip and Knee Reconstruction. He is fascicle with multiple approaches and implant systems. He enjoys the process and reproducibility of primary joint replacement and the challenges associated with revision joint replacement. His greatest reward as a physician is seeing his patients return to the activities they love.

Dr.DeGenova

F. Paul DeGenova, D.O.

Dr. DeGenova is an orthopedic spine surgeon focusing on back pain, disc herniation, spinal fusion and minimally invasive spine surgery. He is Board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and is Fellowship trained in spine surgery.

Dr. DeGenova has extensive experience through his 28 years of practice. He has hospital privileges at Fairfield Medical Center, Grant Medical Center and Lancaster Specialty Surgery Center.
